Install DexRelay

Open Terminal on your Mac, paste, and press Return.

Command missing or still using an old install?

Use the direct install's command:

"$HOME/.dexrelay/bin/dexrelay" pair

Connect your iPhone

Open DexRelay, tap Pair with QR Code → Scan QR Code, and scan your Mac's QR. Keep both devices on the same Wi-Fi.

Set up DexRelay on this Mac so I can connect the DexRelay iPhone app to Codex.

1. Install or update with `curl -fsSL https://assets.dexrelay.app/install.sh | bash`.
2. Use `~/.dexrelay/bin/dexrelay` when available; otherwise use `dexrelay` from PATH. Use that executable for the following commands so an older npm command does not take precedence.
3. Check `status`, repair only if needed, then run `pair` and show me the QR code or pairing URL.
4. Tell me to open DexRelay on my iPhone and tap Pair with QR Code, then Scan QR Code.

Use local Wi-Fi first. Tailscale is optional for access away from Wi-Fi; explain its setup if I ask for it. Preserve existing projects and pairing data. Report the connection status and any steps I still need to take.
