1. What We Provide

DexRelay is a remote companion product that helps you access and control workflows running on your Mac from your iPhone. Features may include messaging, automation, remote execution, uploads, pairing, reconnect flows, subscriptions, and related support services. The product is designed so your workflows run on your Mac rather than on DexRelay-hosted compute.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction, to use DexRelay.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, DexRelay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for your personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms and any applicable App Store rules.

4. Proprietary Software

DexRelay is not open source. The application, website, codebase, design, branding, and related materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws and the rights of DexRelay and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to source code, trademarks, or any intellectual property except for the limited right to use the product.

5. Brand and Affiliation Disclaimer

DexRelay is an independent product. DexRelay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by OpenAI, ChatGPT, Codex, Apple, Tailscale, or any other third-party brand referenced in the product, except for the limited use of their services or platforms where applicable.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use DexRelay for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not interfere with the app, website, infrastructure, relay, or connected devices.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, licensing, pairing, or security protections.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or exploit DexRelay beyond the rights expressly granted here, except where applicable law prohibits that restriction.
• By using the website or app, you agree not to misuse DexRelay to attack networks, violate others' rights, or access systems or data without authorization.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

If DexRelay offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, billing is handled through Apple unless we clearly state otherwise. Apple controls renewal timing, cancellation tools, and refund handling under its own policies.

8. Third-Party Services

DexRelay may rely on third-party services such as Apple, Firebase / Google, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Tailscale, or similar providers to deliver specific features. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. If you choose to connect through Tailscale, that network remains a separate service and DexRelay does not become a Tailscale affiliate, operator, or data broker for your Tailscale account.

9. TestFlight and Pre-Release Features

TestFlight, beta, preview, and experimental features may change, break, or be removed at any time. They are provided on an as-is, as-available basis and may not be production-ready.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue DexRelay or any part of it at any time. We may also update these Terms, and your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DexRelay and related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that DexRelay will be error-free in every environment.

DexRelay is built with a privacy-first architecture, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You remain responsible for the systems, devices, networks, prompts, and accounts you choose to connect.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the DexRelay operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising out of or related to DexRelay.

13. Apple App Store Terms

If you download DexRelay through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the DexRelay operator, not Apple. Apple may provide the App Store billing framework and standard platform rules, but DexRelay remains responsible for the product itself.
